Some things can't be thought through.
They have to be walked through.

Seed & Steel is the coaching practice of Bob — Army veteran, certified hypnotherapist, integration coach, and 3rd Degree Black Belt — who guides people through the kind of transformation that happens when you stop running from yourself and start doing the work.

Whether you're a veteran navigating the aftermath of service, a man in recovery doing the hardest honest work of your life, or someone standing at a crossroads wondering who you're becoming — this is a place built for that.

Integration Coaching

The real work happens in what comes after. Integration is the process of weaving powerful experiences into lasting transformation, not just a peak moment.

Four Kinds of Work. One Arc.

What happens in the room isn't improvised. There's a framework built across decades of training, lived experience, and real work with real people — across four stages that most clients move through over time. Not steps on a ladder. Compass headings.

01

Preparation

The work before the work. Clarifying what you're actually walking into. Building the resilience and the tools to lean into discomfort instead of bracing against it. Most people skip this — and wonder why they get knocked sideways when things get real.

02

Integration

What happens after something breaks open — a ceremony, a crisis, a breathwork session, a moment of clarity that rearranges the furniture in your head. The insight is not the transformation. Taking that flash and translating it into ordinary daily life is where it either sticks or evaporates.

03

Recovery

Not white-knuckling through abstinence. A holistic rebuild — reclaiming identity, rebuilding self-trust, learning to live in your own skin without the thing you used to escape it. This one is known from the inside out.

04

Transformation

The deep water. Going after the patterns that built the patterns — societal conditioning, inherited beliefs, identity constructs that were never really yours. Deprogramming that and aligning who you are with who you're meant to be. For the ones who are ready, it changes everything.

The insight is not the transformation. Taking that extraordinary flash and translating it into ordinary daily life — that's where it either sticks or evaporates.

Working with Veterans

Bob is an Army veteran who understands the weight of military service — the discipline it builds, the trauma it can leave behind, and the identity crisis that often follows transition to civilian life.

Through his role as a remote coach with Team SAPO, Bob works with veterans in structured 10-week healing cohorts designed to rebuild purpose, process unresolved trauma, and build a life that feels worth living.

Bob doesn't ask you to go somewhere he hasn't already been. That's what makes the difference. He's not working from a textbook — he's working from a life.
